mix each separately in separate bowls (all the wet and then all the dry), then incorporate together, don't over mix (you muffins will rise and fall if you do) just mix enough to get the batter wet.

grease or line muffin tins and then fill 3/4 full

cook for 18-22 minutes (or until you smell them and they look as done as you want them)
